Dr. Rohini Patel

Rohini Patel is a Post-doctoral Research Fellow at McMaster University and Six Nations, where her work focuses on Traditional Ecological Knowledge (TEK) Development, and regional industrial and environmental history. Rohini received her PhD in History from the University of Toronto. She is currently working on a manuscript tentatively called Chemical Modernities. Her research focuses on histories of science, technology, and environment, postcolonial and feminist science studies, and histories of empire and capitalism.
