Dr. Paulin Coulibaly

Dr. Paulin Coulibaly is a Professor in Civil Engineering specialized in hydrologic modeling, flood forecasting, and climate change impacts. He is the Director of the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC) FloodNet project, a multi-disciplinary research network linking academic experts, government scientists, and end-users to address detrimental impacts of climate change and flooding.
