Mr. Paul Muldoon

Paul Muldoon brings over three decades of expertise as an environmental lawyer and adjudicator to the Advisory Board. Paul has undergone extensive training and practice in mediation, particularly in contested environmental and related areas. His expertise lies in mediation and the management of large organizations. 

Paul currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Toronto's School of the Environment. He previously held the role of Executive Director and Counsel at the Canadian Environmental Law Association from 1994 to 2006. His contributions extended further as he assumed the position of Associate Chair of the Assessment Review Board in the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General from 2014 to 2019, and as Vice Chair of The Environmental Review from 2006 to 2016.

Among his notable achievements, Paul is a co-author of multiple books, including "An Introduction to Environmental Law and Policy and The Evolution of the Great Lakes Water Quality Agreement
