Dr. Carolyn Johns

Dr. Carolyn Johns is a professor in TMU’s Department of Politics and Public Administration, and PI of a Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC) project focused on improving transboundary water governance in the Great Lakes and Rio Grande/Bravo regions. She is also Chair of the Bruce Fellowships in Freshwater Policy and a member of the IJC's Water Quality Board. Dr. Johns serves as a principal Canadian investigator (co-Applicant) and will lead the SSHRC team with Dr. Debora VanNijnatten.
