Dr. Altaf Arain
Dr. Altaf Arain is a Professor of Hydrometeorology and Climatology in McMaster’s School of Earth, Environment & Society and the founding Director of the McMaster Centre for Climate Change. He established Turkey Point Observatory comprising five hydroclimatic stations near Lake Erie, a critical component of the Global Water Futures (GWF), global Fluxnet, Canadian FloodNet and North American Carbon Program integrated system of water research stations.
