Ms. Erika Jensen

Erika Jensen brings to the Advisory Board a wealth of experience and a robust network, drawing from her role as the Executive Director of the Great Lakes Commission (GLC). Erika steers the agency's operations, fosters relations with the GLC's Board of Directors and Commissioners, orchestrates policy initiatives and advocacy endeavors, and collaborates extensively with numerous partners to propel strategic regional priorities forward.

At the core of GLC’s mission lies the recommendation of policies and practices aimed at striking an equilibrium between the utilization, development, and conservation of the Great Lakes' water resources, emphasizing the cultivation of climate resilience in the region. Erika champions this cause through the GLC's documented Action Plan for a Resilient Great Lakes Basin.
